Yay! for November.

I'm so excited about this month. Thanksgiving is my very favorite holiday. I love how everyone comes together. I love the reason for Thanksgiving. I love the family being together at the house, in the kitchen, and for dinner. AND I LOVE THE FOOD. I love the turkey for days afterwards. I love the cheesy tradition of going around the table and saying what you're thankful for. I just love it.
This particular November however my husband has decided to take a stand against the plateau that his weight has hit. This to me interprets to us making better decisions together. I will be cooking better for both of us. I will be setting our schedules around our workout schedules. This is a part of our life for the rest of our life.

So today:
I worked on my back and my biceps
1 hour of Zumba
the I did some core exercises

Food:
Bfast- Protein shake
Lunch- ham sandwich, cucumbers, carrots w/LF ranch
Snack- 1 pk of smarties
Dinner- Chicken tenders rolled in flax seed and faux fried (baked). and mashed cauliflower
H20- 4 glasses

  1. Your not supposed to do sweets haha j/k. I found a great workout/nutritional balance guide it's worth the read if you can get through all the adverts. You have to follow it closely though it can get a little confusing. just watch the videos and go step 1 through 4. It's called the 12 week Lee Labrada challenge. There are two places you can learn about it I learned about it on bodybuilding.com but he also has a website just google lee labrada. the Bodybuilding website is good because it has some videos that cut down on some of the reading. But take a look it has meal plans/workout plans/ and the theory behind it and it doesn't boast that it will drop off the weight in a week. But I think if you are able to follow it that it would really work out well for you two now that you have made that decision to change your life. Congrats by the way I hope you can go through with this. It is a lot of work but I know you will love the outcome.
